• Maintaining accurate patient records, counselling reports, and feedback is necessary for continuous improvement.
• Supporting marketing and promotional activities to enhance patient awareness and reach is also important.

• Bachelor's degree in any field (Healthcare/Management preferred) is required for this role.
• Proven experience in sales, customer service, or patient counselling (healthcare/hospital background preferred) is beneficial.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills are essential for this position.
• Target-driven professionals with a positive and empathetic attitude will thrive in this role.
• Proficiency in MS Office and hospital management software (preferred) is a plus.
