Job Summary:
We are seeking a seasoned Technical Lead to spearhead our data engineering team. As a technical lead, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining large-scale data processing systems using Snowflake.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design, development, and maintenance of Enterprise-level data engineering roles.
- Develop expertise in OLAP design, deep understanding of data warehousing concepts, and experience with snowflake schema.
- Write complex SQL queries, including joins, window functions, and optimization techniques.
- Expertise and hands-on experience with Snowflake: warehouses, data ingestion with snow pipe, external integrations, working all types of views & tables, UDFs, procedures, streams, tasks and serverless, data masking.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills for collaborating with both technical teams and business stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in data engineering roles.
- Relevant experience with Snowflake.
- Strong understanding of data modeling, ETL/ELT processes, normalization/denormalization.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work under pressure.
