Job Title:

Onsite Project Coordinator

Drive the successful execution of smart metering and grid modernization projects.

  • Manage day-to-day coordination with utilities, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Oversee proof of concept activities, meter testing, site acceptance testing, and deployment of meters/gateways with 100% communication.
  • Ensure spare parts availability and effective resource planning across multiple projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Track and monitor project progress, SLAs, and escalations, providing timely updates to management.
  2. Maintain strong utility relationships by ensuring issue resolution and project delivery aligned with expectations.
  3. Support data analysis, reporting, and project tracking through MS Excel and other coordination tools.
  4. Contribute to operational excellence and drive continuous improvement in field execution.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in electrical or electronics engineering (preferred) or related technical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Project Management, Field Services, or Customer Support in the energy sector.
  • Hands-on experience with HES and MDM platforms.
