We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated individual to fill the position of Junior Admin and Procurement Executive.

Job Overview

This role is responsible for managing administrative tasks with accuracy and efficiency, procuring goods and services while maintaining excellent relationships with suppliers, coordinating travel arrangements for staff members, and providing 24/7 support as part of the admin role.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage day-to-day administrative duties with precision and speed

  • Plan and execute seamless travel arrangements for employees
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve organizational objectives
  • Offer on-call support as required, ensuring uninterrupted administrative operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in computer applications, particularly Microsoft Office Suite
  • Negotiation skills, especially in procurement contexts
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including those related to travel and administration
  • Able to work effectively within a team environment
