Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Catalog Manager to join our team. As a key member of the Retail Efficiency Team, you will play a vital role in shaping and delivering a strategy to optimize vendor manager efficiency.

In this role, you will partner with the Vendor Management Team to champion vendor needs, build communication channels, set expectations, provide clear status communications, and manage towards a growth plan for the program.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans that deliver key business opportunities.
  • Conduct deep dive analysis on handled issues for vendors and publish recommendations and action plans based on data.
  • Provide thought leadership around planning, roadmaps, and execution.
  • Establish long-term partnerships with key vendor managers.
  • Support the launches of new programs, categories, and features.

The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of program or project management experience, 2+ years of team management experience, and advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications.

Requirements:

  • Knowledge of Lean, Kaizen, Six Sigma concepts.
