Job Opportunity: Oracle Fusion Expert

We are seeking an experienced professional to fill a challenging role as an Oracle Fusion expert. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Oracle Time and Labor (OTL) and be responsible for designing, implementing, configuring, and supporting OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite.

About the Role:
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
  • Design and develop solutions, including writing simple OTL fast formulas.
  • Complete Functional User Testing and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT), defect resolution, and deployment activities.
  • Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Payroll, Absence Management, and project teams.

The successful candidate will possess excellent understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities, with strong skills in:
