As a Business Insights Professional, you will be responsible for collecting and analyzing data to drive business growth. This role requires a strong analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work under pressure.

About the Role
  • Data Collection: You will gather key data from various sources, including sales performance, client revenue, and pipeline information, to ensure timely and accurate reporting.
  • Data Preparation: You will organize and align field names and definitions to create consistent data sets for analysis.
  • Data Enrichment: You will conduct research using appropriate tools to incorporate business requests and apply data enrichment techniques to client data sets.
  • Data Management: You will manage client data sets on a continual basis, adding new data as needed, and maintaining lists of accounts and pursuits held by business teams.
  • Reporting and Analytics: You will generate reports and insights using collected data to identify opportunities for growth and support sales teams in improving win rates.
About You
  • You should have strong knowledge of data and sales insights, as well as strong analytical skills and communication skills with high attention to details.
  • You should be a pro-active, flexible, innovative, fast learner, and highly motivated individual who can work effectively in a team environment.
  • You should have advance Excel and Power BI skills, and experience in data analytics, sales management, or sales strategy operations.
  • You should hold a Bachelor's degree in Data Analytics, Data Science, Business Administration, or Business Studies, and have a proven track record of delivering results in a fast-paced environment.
