We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with expertise in Order Management and Data. The ideal candidate will have experience working as a Business Analyst with a focus on Data, as well as proficiency in data activities, OM knowledge, and data migration from external tools to ServiceNow.

The successful candidate will be able to grasp functional aspects of data and work with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) on mappings. They must also have experience in data migration activities, capable of managing large data extractions and converting it into the correct ServiceNow target format.

Besides technical skills, excellent written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Adaptability in communication, interpersonal skills, positive attitude, and open mindset are also required. Ability to understand and break down complex concepts to clarify the effort and required changes is crucial. A team player used to working in a distributed multi-cultural team is expected.
