Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Insights Strategist to join our Analytics and Science Team (AST). As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for embedding a data culture deeply within our organization, fostering invention through insights, and building a robust data architecture to support business needs.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of working cross-functionally across internal and external teams, with the ability to churn out actionable insights and make data-backed recommendations that directly impact organizational strategic decisions and priorities.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Conducting deep dive analyses of business problem statements and formulating conclusions and recommendations for leadership
  • Sharing written recommendations and insights with key stakeholders to inform organizational strategic decisions and priorities
  • Contributing to the design, implementation, and delivery of BI solutions for complex and ambiguous problems
  • Simplifying and automating reporting, audits, and other data-driven activities
  • Partnering with other BIEs to enhance data infrastructure, data availability, and broad access to customer insights
  • Developing and driving best practices in data integrity, consistency, analysis, validations, and documentation
  • Learner' new technology and techniques to meaningfully support internal stakeholders and process innovation

Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • 5+ years of analyzing and interpreting data with Redshift, Oracle, NoSQL experience
  • Knowledge of SQL and data warehousing concepts
  • Experience with data visualization using Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Experience with data modeling, warehousing, and building ETL pipelines
  • Experience with forecasting and statistical analysis

Salary

The estimated annual salary for this position is $120,000 - $180,000, depending on experience.
