We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to join our team as an Appointment Setter/Cold Caller.

This is a full-time remote position, Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM AEST.

The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services, identifying, engaging, and qualifying leads based on their needs and business goals, scheduling high-quality appointments for our sales team, maintaining accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups, and collaborating closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process.

  • Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing our brand and services
  • Identify, engage, and qualify leads based on their needs and business goals
  • Schedule high-quality appointments for our sales team
  • Maintain accurate CRM records for calls, leads, and follow-ups
  • Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff and conversion process
Requirements
  • Exceptional communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Proven experience working with Australian and US clients
  • Confidence and resilience in making cold calls and handling objections
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build rapport quickly
  • Track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs and sales targets
  • High energy, positive attitude, and self-motivation

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in appointment setting and lead generation, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
