Senior Security Specialist

- Collaborate with senior management in overseeing routine operations and facilitating effective documentation.
- Contribute to data synthesis, analysis, and maintenance of physical security records.
- Communicate with stakeholders regarding observed incidents during monitoring.
- Assist in audit-related tasks and spontaneous information gathering.
- Develop and implement data management strategies for enhanced integrity and security.
- Lead a team of analysts, fostering collaboration and task delegation.
- Design and develop applications using Pegasystems technology or GenAI to streamline business processes.
- Cultivate cross-functional partnerships to understand data requirements and deliver targeted solutions.
Additional duties as assigned.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in security, emergency management, and data governance roles.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, Power Bi, Power Automate, and AI tools.
- Risk assessment, crisis management expertise.
- Excellent communication skills.
