Job Summary
Culinary specialists play a vital role in ensuring the quality and presentation of food served in our restaurants. As an executive chef assistant, you will be responsible for preparing special meals, regulating oven temperatures, and maintaining food logs. Your attention to detail and ability to work well under pressure will make you an asset to our team.

Key Responsibilities
- Prepare special meals or substitute items as needed
- Regulate temperature of ovens, broilers, grills, and roasters
- Maintain food logs and monitor the quality and quantity of food prepared
- Communicate assistance needed during busy periods
- Inform Chef of excess food items for use in daily specials
- Ensure the quality of food items and prepare cold foods

Requirements
- At least 3 years of related work experience
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a clean and organized workspace
