  • We are seeking a skilled individual to join our integration team as an Integration Specialist. This remote role will focus on managing API integrations and driving continuous optimisation with both clients and suppliers.">

The ideal candidate will have experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally within the travel technology sector, and strong knowledge of API-based systems and REST/JSON/XML protocols.

A solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira or ClickUp are also essential. The ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated is crucial for this role.

">Key Responsibilities:">
  • ">
  • Lead end-to-end API integrations with new and existing partners, ensuring performance, reliability, and scalability.">
  • Collaborate with internal IT and commercial teams to support integration processes across all phases.">
  • Define, document, and communicate integration requirements clearly for both technical and non-technical audiences.">
  • Maintain and enhance integration roadmaps for key clients and suppliers.">
  • Monitor and assess integration performance, identifying areas for improvement and leading optimisation efforts.">
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and stakeholder communications.">
  • Provide post-integration support, including troubleshooting and continuous improvement recommendations.">

  • Minimum of 3 years' experience delivering end-to-end API integrations, ideally within the travel technology sector.">
  • Strong experience working with API-based systems and understanding of REST/JSON/XML protocols.">
  • Solid grasp of project management principles and proficiency with tools such as Jira or ClickUp.">
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple simultaneous integrations and prioritise effectively.">
  • Excellent communication skills—both written and verbal—in English (additional languages such as Spanish are a strong plus).">
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment while staying highly organised and self-motivated.">
