Job Title: Analog Design, Sr Engineer

This is a challenging role for an experienced Analog Design Senior Engineer to lead the development of high-performance analog circuits for our cutting-edge products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop high-speed analog circuits including transceivers, clocking systems, and data converters using CMOS technology.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate analog circuit designs into system-on-chip (SoC) or printed circuit board (PCB) solutions.
  • Develop and maintain design documentation, test plans, and qualification procedures to ensure product reliability and quality.
  • Work closely with physical designers to optimize layout and performance of analog circuits.
  • Conduct thorough analysis and debugging of analog circuit designs using simulation tools like HSPICE, Finesim, and XA.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior engineers in the design team.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field, with a minimum of 4 years of experience, or Master's/Ph.D. with 2 years of experience.
  • Strong understanding of CMOS design fundamentals, transistor-level circuit design, and silicon-proven experience implementing circuits for TX, RX, and Clock paths within a SerDes.
  • Proficiency in EDA tools, such as schematic entry, physical layout, and design verification.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills, with ability to debug complex analog circuit issues.
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with ability to work with cross-functional teams.
Plus Qualifications:
  • Experience with STA and cell characterization, including Nanotime, Primetime, SiliconSmart.
  • Extensive programming skills in languages such as Python, Perl, TCL, and C/C++.
  • Ability to provide automation for rapid and dynamic design needs is highly sought-after.
