We are a rapidly growing company focused on resolving energy, environmental, and resource management issues through lithium-ion battery production.

Our goal is to establish India's first Giga plant in Bengaluru for manufacturing Lithium Ion Cells.

We are seeking an Electrical Projects Manager to oversee the electrical systems for our Gigafactory construction project at Devanahalli, Bangalore Rural Manufacturing Location.

Responsibilities include:

  • Designing, reviewing, and preparing electrical drawings and specifications
  • Managing 220KV and 11KV substation projects, ensuring timely completion and quality standards
  • Planning and monitoring project schedules, manpower, equipment, and budgets
  • Conducting regular site visits to track progress and ensure consistency with plans
  • Verifying material and erection bills for transparency and accuracy
  • Assisting in procuring electrical equipment and floating business inquiries aligned with project specifications
  • Collaborating with contractors, electricity board officials, supervisors, and subcontractors for seamless project execution
  • Supervising execution work, including electrical systems, HVAC, LV systems, fire fighting, and related infrastructure
  • Coordinating with site construction managers to resolve time-sensitive, construction-related electrical issues

Required skills and qualifications include:

  • Strong knowledge of high-voltage systems (220KV, 11KV substations)
  • Proven experience in project execution, specifically in electrical systems for large-scale construction
  • Excellent skills in project scheduling, budget management, and site progress monitoring
  • Expertise in interacting with contractors, sub-contractors, and regulatory officials
  • Familiarity with multidisciplinary execution works such as HVAC, LV systems, and fire fighting
  • Proficiency in interpreting engineering and construction documents
  • Strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills

Qualifications: Electrical Engineering Graduate with strong experience in electrical projects.
