Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Artist Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Talent Management & Influencer Marketing Agency, you will play a crucial role in helping us deliver personalized attention to each creator or brand we work with.

The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, working closely with influencers to coordinate content creation, identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining influencer relationships.

You will also be responsible for reviewing influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting, coordinating with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution, managing talent schedules and availability, and working closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and execute influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
  • Work with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with brand guidelines and campaign objectives.
  • Identify and reach out to potential influencers, negotiate terms, and maintain influencer relationships.
  • Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
  • Coordinate with other departments to ensure smooth campaign execution.
  • Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client campaign timelines and deliverables.
  • Work closely with the creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with the brand's objectives and influencers' strengths.
  • Support senior managers in executing influencer campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
  • Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth, career success, and alignment with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • 6-12 months experience in artist/influencer management.
  • Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
