  • Financial Modelling: Utilize Argus Enterprise and other software tools to run asset level cash flow analysis across US real estate properties.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with teams and stakeholders, developing excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's/Master's degree in Real Estate, Accounting & Finance or Business Administration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality results.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office suite of applications, specifically Excel.
