We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Intern to join our team in ensuring the highest quality software products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts using various testing techniques, including automation, manual, regression, and performance testing.
  • Closely collaborate with cross-functional teams such as development, product management, and customer support to guarantee that software products meet exceptional quality standards and customer needs.
  • Design and maintain robust test environments, including setting up test data, configuring hardware and software, and ensuring the stability and security of the test environment.
  • Report and track software defects using bug tracking tools and ensure timely resolution of defects.
  • Analyze and communicate test results and progress to stakeholders, including development teams, product management, and senior leadership.
  • Continuously improve the testing process by implementing best practices, tools, and techniques to enhance test coverage and efficiency.
  • Participate in Agile development processes, including Sprint planning, retrospectives, and daily stand-ups.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field.
  • 1+ years of experience in software testing and quality assurance.
  • Experience with automation testing tools such as Selenium, Jenkins, JMeter, and other open-source automation tools.
  • Familiarity with software development methodologies, including Agile/Scrum and Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of software testing principles, methodologies, and techniques.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and interpret complex data.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Experience with version control tools such as Git.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages such as Python or Ruby is a plus.
