Key Responsibilities:
1. Lead Generation & Market Research:
    Identify and research potential clients in the USA, UK, and Dubai markets.
    Generate and qualify leads through various channels, including LinkedIn, cold calling, and email campaigns.
    Keep track of market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.
2. Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
    Initiate and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
    Conduct client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups to nurture leads into long-term business partnerships.
    Address client inquiries and collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
3. Sales & Revenue Generation:
    Support the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure.
    Assist in negotiating contracts, pricing, and terms with international clients.
    Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
4. Collaboration & Coordination:
    Work closely with the marketing team to implement lead generation campaigns.
    Coordinate with the product and technical teams to understand and align services with client needs.
    Provide valuable feedback to internal teams for service optimization based on market demands.
5. Reporting & Documentation:
    Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all sales activities in the CRM system.
    Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports and client updates.
    Ensure all sales documentation, including proposals and contracts, meets international standards.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
Technical Expertise:
    Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
    Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems.
Sales & Business Development Skills:
    Experience in B2B sales with a track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets.
    Strong negotiation and closing skills for international deals.
    Understanding of sales processes and client expectations in the USA, UK, and Dubai.
Communication & Relationship Management:
    Excellent verbal and written communication skills suited for international clients.
    Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships across different regions.
Analytical & Problem-Solving Skills:
    Ability to analyze market trends and business performance to optimize strategies.

Preferred Qualifications:
1-3 years of experience in business development, sales, or lead generation.
Experience in SaaS, IT services, consulting, or B2B sales.
Exposure to international markets (USA, UK, Dubai) is a plus.
