Responsibilities:
- Extract and analyze data from the In4velocity ERP system to create accurate and informative MIS reports.
- Design and develop custom reports and dashboards to meet the needs of our business units.
- Automate recurring reports to improve efficiency and reduce manual errors.
- Verify data accuracy and integrity throughout the report preparation process.
- Provide regular updates and insights to our sales, finance, operations, and senior management teams.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify areas for improvement in data analysis and reporting.
- Participate in the implementation of new ERP features related to reporting and analytics.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Commerce, IT, Business Administration, etc.).
- 1-3 years of experience in MIS reporting, data analysis, or ERP-based reporting.
- Proficiency in In4velocity ERP system (or similar real estate ERPs).
- Advanced MS Excel skills (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Macros, etc.).
- Experience with SQL queries, Power BI, or Tableau is a plus.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
