Key Responsibilities:

  • Media Relations Management
    • Cultivate strong relationships with local and international media outlets, leveraging these partnerships to secure consistent and accurate coverage of BALCO's achievements and projects.
    • Ensure timely and effective media responses, maintaining a proactive approach to reputation management.
  • Crisis Communication
    • Develop crisis communication plans to mitigate risks to the organization's reputation, emphasizing preparedness and clear, concise response protocols.
    • Implement quality assurance measures to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to communication standards, safeguarding the company's image.
  • Internal Communication
    • Oversee internal communication strategies to ensure effective information flow within the organization, promoting transparency and employee engagement.
