Job Description

A career in deals corporate finance services will provide you the opportunity to deliver innovative deal solutions to clients, providing advice and support from initiation through to deal completion.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist the Resolution Professional and work in coordination with the support team to manage the corporate insolvency resolution process CIRP of a company as per the provisions of Insolvency and Bankruptcy Code IBC.
  • Take control over banking arrangements operations of the corporate debtor, managing and monitoring cash flows, budgeting, and other related activities.
  • Conduct an independent business review to identify key issues faced by the company and develop viable solutions to overcome them.
  • Prepare information memorandums, expressions of interest, requests for resolution plans RFRP, and monitor compliance under various laws, including corporate GST and income tax applicable to the company.
  • Reach out to potential financial institutions for interim funding for the company.
  • Set up and manage data rooms to reach potential resolution applicants and resolve their queries.
  • Comply with resolution plans as per IBC and RFRP documents, coordinate with members of the Committee of Creditors CoC and other external experts such as forensic auditors, valuers, process advisors, financial analysis, and cash flow monitoring for assignments other than IBC preparation of pitch decks for presentations to prospective clients for business development MIS management.
Requirements

This role requires strong skills in corporate finance, accountancy, law, and project management. A background in banking, finance, or corporate restructuring is preferred. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills are essential, along with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
