Job Overview

We are seeking an R&D Innovation Lead to contribute to the development of products and technologies in the Hygiene category. Your aim will be to enhance our scientific knowledge base, enabling us to create strong product differentiators in the market.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contribute to the development of innovative products and technologies in the Hygiene category.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and drive innovation.
  • Develop and work on relevant projects with academia to build and develop science base within GCPL.
  • Analyze and evaluate competition products.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • M Pharm in Pharm Chemistry/Pharmaceutics or equivalent experience.
  • 7-10 years' experience in formulation development preferably in Hair, Skin/Household Insecticides, Hygiene/Air Care, Deodorant/Fine fragrances, or Sexual wellness.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, depending on experience.
