Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Business Growth Manager to join our team in managing a portfolio of electrical engineering projects.

About the Role:
  • The ideal candidate will have 10 years of experience in managing sales channels, portfolios or key accounts in a similar role.
  • They should possess a strong background in electrical engineering or business administration/finance.

A successful candidate will be responsible for conducting proactive business development aligned with our division's strategy in countries where business conditions require increased attention and focus.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct market analysis and develop business strategies to drive profitable growth.
  • Provide expert support on products, applications, solutions and customer service for the assigned product portfolio.
  • Ensure sustainable deployment of our division's strategic plan.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in managing sales channels/portfolio/key account in a similar role.
  • Background in Electrical Engineering or Business Administration/Finance.
  • Experience in Portfolio Management, Business Strategy, Market Intelligence, Go-to-market Strategy, Customer Experience Success.
  • Good knowledge of Regulation & Legal Compliance, Pricing Excellence, Budget & Performance Targets.
  • Prior experience in Account Management, Business Development & Adoption, Sales Enablement, General Sales Practices.
  • Experience in Solution/Application Sales Engineering, Channel Sales, Contract & Risk Management.
