We seek a highly experienced Technical Lead to drive engineering delivery and innovation.
This role involves leading project execution, mentoring engineers, and collaborating with global teams.
Key Responsibilities- Lead engineering initiatives and ensure timely delivery of projects.
- Collaborate with global leadership to drive technology innovation.
- Oversee the design, development, and deployment of scalable systems.
- Establish and track engineering KPIs related to code quality, timelines, and performance.
- Promote best practices in architecture, DevOps, cloud infrastructure, and security.
- Help build and scale a skilled engineering team.
- Mentor and coach junior and mid-level engineers, encouraging excellence and learning.
- Support performance reviews and career development plans.
- Ensure effective onboarding of new team members.
- Act as a key point of contact for engineering.
- Collaborate seamlessly with Product, Data Science, and Business teams to deliver cross-functional projects.
- Communicate technical progress, risks, and roadblocks effectively to stakeholders.
- 12+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 5 years in a technical leadership role.
- Expertise in modern tech stacks like Python, Node.js, or similar.
- Strong background in cloud-based architectures, scalable systems, and software design patterns.
- Practical experience with Agile, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
- Hands-on experience mentoring teams and driving engineering excellence.
- Proficient in tools like Git, GitHub, and cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strong communication skills and ability to work across geographies and time zones.
- Experience in a startup or high-growth environment is a strong plus.
