Job Title:

Expert Security Operations Specialist

Description:

We seek a highly skilled professional to lead and support security operations implementations for our clients. The ideal candidate will have in-depth knowledge of Security Operations architecture, integrations with threat intelligence and vulnerability scanning tools, and a track record of successful deployments in complex enterprise environments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement end-to-end security operations solutions – Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response
  • Configure and customize workflows, playbooks, data imports, dashboards, and business rules for VR/SIR
  • Integrate threat intelligence platforms (e.g., Anomali, Recorded Future) and vulnerability scanner tools (e.g., Qualys, Tenable)
  • Develop use-case-specific automation using Flow Designer or Security Orchestration (SOAR)

Requirements:

  • 5+ years experience in the ServiceNow platform with at least 3 years focused on SecOps – Vulnerability Response and Security Incident Response
  • Certifications: ServiceNow Certified System Administrator, ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist – Security Incident Response and Vulnerability Response

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Security Operations architecture, data models, and module interdependencies
  • Proven experience with at least 2 full lifecycle implementations of VR and SIR
  • Experience integrating ServiceNow with security tools (Tenable, Qualys, Rapid7, Splunk, Azure Sentinel, etc.)
  • Hands-on scripting experience (JavaScript, Glide API)
  • Familiarity with Mitre ATT&CK, NIST, and SOC operations
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and performance tuning skills
