Job Opportunity

The selected candidate will be responsible for model and drawings of building services elements.

  • Modeling and drafting of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping design, plant room layout, sections, etc.
  • Basic design calculations, including duct pipe sizing.
  • Knowledge of Level Of Development (LOD) standards from BSRIA.
  • Quantities take off based design drawings.
  • Checking of drawings.
  • Coordination between other MEP disciplines, such as Electrical, Plumbing services.
  • Delivering projects within given time limits.

Candidate Requirements :

  • Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in the field of Mechanical/Refrigeration and AC engineering.
  • Be a degree holder in Mechanical or equivalent in respective engineering discipline.
  • Proficiency in drafting of HVAC systems, ducting, and piping design, plant room layout, sections, etc.
  • Good experience in relevant design software, such as MicroStation/Open building design, REVIT, BIM 360.
  • Dynamo knowledge is preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills and a professional attitude towards work, with multi-disciplinary co-ordination skills.
