Reservations Executive Opportunity

Job Title: Reservations Executive

We are seeking a seasoned professional to manage our end-to-end reservations process and establish a strong foundation for growth in the hospitality industry.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage reservations across various channels, including online travel agencies (OTAs), direct bookings, and offline channels.
  • Handle guest communication effectively via calls, emails, and WhatsApp.
  • Maintain accurate data on property management systems (PMS) and OTA extranets.
  • Verify property listings and ensure rates, availability, and content are up-to-date.
  • Develop standard operating procedures (SOPs), email templates, and booking process documents.
  • Review guest communication for tone and accuracy.
  • Coordinate with property managers for smooth check-ins and special requests.
  • Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly booking and revenue reports.

Requirements:

  • Education: Degree or Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Experience: 3+ years in reservations/front office in hospitality.
  • Strong understanding of OTA extranets (Booking.com, Agoda, Airbnb, etc.).
  • Understanding of PMS and rate management.
  • Excellent communication skills (English; other languages a plus).
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets, as well as email drafting.
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and willing to learn in a start-up environment.
