We are seeking a highly skilled, adaptable, and energetic payroll service support team member with expertise in process improvements and data validation. This role requires meticulous attention to detail and exceptional problem-solving skills for accurate and efficient payroll processing.

Key Responsibilities
  • Maintain high product proficiency, fully understanding Papaya's suite of products and providing innovative solutions to clients.
  • Navigate internal resources and address client inquiries comprehensively, ensuring timely resolutions.
  • Complete individual client requests independently using judgment and problem-solving skills.
  • Collaborate with Global Payroll Experts to ensure seamless follow-up on identified customer needs.
  • Lead payroll audits and process improvements within the Data & Payroll Department, ensuring accuracy, data integrity, and regulatory compliance.
  • Manage review and validation of salary changes, benefits, and equity processing between systems.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact between internal and external stakeholders on all payroll inquiries.
  • Support employee onboarding by ensuring required documents are received, uploaded, and sent to relevant contacts while maintaining GDPR standards.
  • Support Account Managers and Global Payroll Experts in creating cases in Salesforce and managing each case until closure.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in payroll operations or customer service operations.
  • At least 2 years of payroll processing experience in one or more geographies.
  • Detailed-oriented approach.
  • Positive can-do attitude.
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Experience with outsourced payroll providers.
  • Ability to work under pressure and tight deadlines.
  • Fluency in written and oral English.
