Cloud Security Architect Role

Job Overview:

We are seeking a skilled Cloud Security Architect to define and implement cloud security frameworks and architectures that meet business requirements and performance goals.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with project management methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support project managers in planning, execution, and tracking of projects.
  • Ensure adherence to organizational project management standards, methodologies, and compliance frameworks.
  • Maintain and monitor project plans, schedules, risk logs, and issue registers.
  • Facilitate project status meetings, prepare agendas, and track action items.
  • Consolidate project status reports and dashboards for leadership review.
  • Track and report on project progress, resource utilization, risks, and financials.
  • Develop and maintain project metrics and performance indicators (e.g., timelines, cost variance, quality measures).
  • Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial tracking.
  • Monitor resource allocation, timesheets, and capacity planning.
  • Drive standardization of project documentation, templates, and best practices.
  • Conduct quality checks on project deliverables and ensure compliance with governance requirements.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and support continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Act as a central point of contact between delivery teams, leadership, and clients for PMO-related activities.
  • Facilitate smooth communication across stakeholders with accurate and timely reporting.
  • Support organizational initiatives such as audits, compliance checks, and operational reviews.

Requirements:

  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies.
  • Hands-on experience with PMO tools (e.g., MS Project, JIRA, ServiceNow, Clarity, Power BI, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and support multiple projects simultaneously.
