ERP Specialist

We are seeking a skilled ERP specialist to support our real estate industry clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Application Support & Maintenance: Collaborate with business associates and ERP vendors to maintain, enhance, and troubleshoot ERP applications.
  • Business User Support: Provide comprehensive support to users across various departments, including resolving issues, providing training, and offering remote assistance.
  • Business Analysis: Gather, analyze, and document business requirements and processes to identify areas for improvement and optimization within the ERP system.
  • Reporting & Analytics: Generate and distribute periodic reports based on statistical analysis of data from various timeframes.
  • Team Management & Supervision: Effectively supervise and mentor a team, providing solutions to resolve application issues by coordinating with multiple OEMs/Vendors teams.
  • Client Onboarding: Register new real estate clients under ERP systems, configuring and migrating client data as needed.
