Job Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead the end-to-end execution of our Mobile Banking project.

  • Lead a team to ensure alignment with business goals and regulatory standards.
  • Manage project activities, including meetings, documentation, and risk registers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure timely and quality delivery.
  • Ensure compliance with regulations, data privacy laws, and cybersecurity standards.
  • Facilitate stakeholder communication and change management activities across departments.
  • Arrange and oversee training sessions for staff and end-users.
  • Deliver regular project updates and presentations to senior management and steering committees.
  • Apply Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies as appropriate to project needs.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have:

  • A deep understanding of banking products, digital channels, and services.
  • Hands-on experience as a Project Manager, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud-based projects.
  • PMP/Scrum/Prince 2 certifications.

Key responsibilities include leading the project team, managing project activities, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors, ensuring compliance with regulations, facilitating stakeholder communication, arranging training sessions, delivering regular project updates, and applying Agile, Waterfall, or Hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of banking products, digital channels, and services, hands-on experience as a Project Manager, practical exposure to DevOps (CICD) and cloud-based projects, and PMP/Scrum/Prince 2 certifications.
