Job Title: Oracle Cloud Financials Consultant

About this role:

We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead end-to-end implementations of Oracle Cloud Financials.

This role requires deep technical expertise and the ability to guide teams through successful project delivery.

As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations, including requirements gathering, design, configuration, testing, training, and go-live.

You will collaborate with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and design best-fit Oracle Cloud solutions.

Hands-on configuration in GL, AP, AR, FA, Cash Management, Intercompany, Expenses, and Tax modules is also required.

Additionally, you will conduct workshops, solution design sessions, and provide expert guidance to clients and internal teams.

Mentoring junior consultants and coordinating with offshore teams for efficient delivery is also an essential part of this role.


Required Skills & Qualifications
  • 10+ years in Oracle Financials, with 5+ years in Oracle Cloud (Fusion) Financials
  • 2-3 full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations
  • Strong hands-on experience in GL, AP, AR, FA, CM, IC, Tax, and Expenses
  • Knowledge of P2P, O2C cycles, FBDI, ADFDI, OTBI/BIP, Security Roles, and Workflows
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client-facing skills
  • Ability to lead cross-functional and global teams

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead full-cycle Oracle Cloud Financials implementations

  3. Hands-on configuration in various Oracle Cloud modules
  4. Conduct workshops and provide expert guidance
