Trend Researcher and Business Analyst

We are seeking a skilled Trend Researcher and Business Analyst to join our organization.

  • The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting market research, analyzing consumer trends, and providing actionable insights to inform business decisions.
  • They will also be expected to build strong relationships with key stakeholders, communicate complex information effectively, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.
  • A strong understanding of the automotive industry and experience in trend research or customer insights is highly desirable.
  • The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct market research and analyze consumer trends to inform business decisions
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders and communicate complex information effectively
  • Identify opportunities for innovation and growth within the organization
  • Analyze data and provide actionable insights to inform business strategies

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree-B Tech
  • MBA preferred
  • Design Thinking (Preferred)
  • Work Experience: 4-6 Years
  • Automotive exposure preferred
  • Experience in Trend Research/Customer Insights or equivalent
  • Threshold skills and capabilities required to execute the role
  • Inclination towards innovation & technology research for automotive industry
  • Understanding of latest Trends in automotive Industry
  • Ability to grasp new ideas with an innate curiosity
  • Highly resilient, proactive and responsive to ever evolving context
  • Attention to detail
