Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Software Technical Lead with expertise in Java technologies to join our organization. In this role, you will lead the development of software applications using Java technologies, including Spring Framework, Middleware Technologies, and Kubernetes.


Responsibilities
  1. Maintain deep technical knowledge of software solutions and architecture.
  2. Develop proof-of-concepts and prototypes for solution architecture activities.
  3. Oversee planning, including schedules and holidays.
  4. Provide guidance on performance management improvements.
  5. Contribute to defining functional and non-functional business requirements.
  6. Lead design, coding, unit testing, and debugging of Java applications.
  7. Troubleshoot and maintain developed applications.
  8. Develop technical specifications for COTS software and configure products based on specifications.
  9. Lead a team of software developers, providing guidance on software development best practices.
  10. Work on enterprise capabilities like external rules engines, enterprise service bus, and enterprise workflow.
  11. Design, implement, and optimize multi-threading and performance.
  12. Contribute emerging technology ideas to enhance applications and/or business processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  1. Java
  2. Spring Framework
  3. Middleware Technologies (ESB, Service Bus, Rule Engines, Workflow Systems, Queues)
  4. MySQL or Postgres
  5. Rest and Soap Web services
  6. Apollo Camel
  7. Kubernetes
  8. AWS
  9. Dockers
  10. Microservices
  11. 8+ years of experience in software development, with 2+ years as Technical Lead.
