  • Maintain a consistent standard of customer service excellence.
  • Motivate employees to achieve their full potential and stay focused on company goals.
  • Maintain visual merchandising standards and merchandise displays.
  • Maintain stores to the highest standards, including cleanliness and stocking.
  • Complete tasks assigned by the general manager accurately and efficiently.
  • Support the store manager as needed to achieve business objectives.
