Job Title: Business Transformation Specialist

This pivotal role is ideal for a skilled professional who can lead organizational change initiatives, drive business growth, and ensure seamless project execution.

About the Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing end-to-end procurement processes, including sourcing, accounts payable knowledge, and hands-on experience with procurement operations. This includes creating and executing project plans, resource allocation, ADO updates, risk and mitigation management, test planning, training planning, and delivering all project-related deliverables.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans, incorporating resource allocation, risk management, and communication strategies.
  • Leverage expertise in procurement operations to source high-quality vendors and manage contracts effectively.
  • Ensure accurate tracking and reporting of procurements, meeting compliance requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and mitigate risks associated with project implementation.
  • Design and implement effective communication plans to engage stakeholders and promote project success.
  • Maintain accurate records of project progress, highlighting achievements and areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Strong background in procurement operations, with experience in sourcing, accounts payable management, and contract administration.
  • Hands-on experience with procurement operations is preferred.
  • Excellent project management skills, with ability to plan, coordinate, and execute multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to identify and mitigate risks.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
