Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the development efforts for our industry-leading Windows-based meters, designing and implementing robust, scalable solutions that leverage C/C++ code accessing the Windows kernel.
  • Conceive, design, and build new features in the existing Windows-based software meter, ensuring seamless integration with our cloud-based collection system.
  • Design and implement Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines for automated build, test, and deployment processes, guaranteeing continuous integration and delivery of features, improvements, and bug fixes.
  • Mentor junior engineers, providing guidance on technical aspects and best practices, while collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure a cohesive and unified approach to software development.
Requirements
  • Minimum 8 years of experience in Windows client development expertise using C/C++, accessing low-level system services, efficient code, minimal interruptions.
  • Strong understanding of CI/CD principles and tools, preferably GitLab.
  • Excellent problem-solving and debugging skills, with leadership experience guiding technical decisions and mentoring team members.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, able to communicate complex technical concepts and align the organization on decisions.
What We Offer
  • An estimated annual salary of $145,000 - $160,000, depending on location and experience.
