PCS/BESS Service Engineer Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and skilled PCS/BESS Service Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support, troubleshooting PCS/BESS products, and managing on-site spare parts.

The ideal candidate should have experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS. They should also be self-motivated, able to plan in ambiguous situations, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Complete product on-site technical support and remote technical support work.
  • Troubleshoot PCS/BESS products and guide customers to handle simple faults by themselves.
  • Manage on-site spare parts and track and manage spare parts under the name to ensure normal operation.
  • Maintain on-site customer relationships, communicate with customers, and organize and feedback customer opinions.
  • Learn and understand the working principle of our PCS/BESS products, familiarize with power distribution diagrams and user manuals, and provide simple training to on-site customers.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Experience in the energy storage industry, preferably in central PCS or BESS.
  • Self-motivated and able to plan in ambiguous situations.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to use English as a working language.
