Head of Operational Excellence

We seek a seasoned leader to drive operational readiness for new product launches, ensuring seamless transitions and minimizing risks.

This pivotal role oversees all operational aspects – people, processes, and technology – to ensure preparedness and optimization before go-live.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Planning & Process Design: Develop and implement an operational readiness framework and methodology, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership: Lead cross-functional teams to identify operational impacts, define requirements, and ensure seamless transitions.
  • Risk Management & Mitigation: Proactively identify potential operational risks, bottlenecks, and dependencies, developing mitigation plans to ensure smooth deployment.
  • Stakeholder Management: Manage expectations and secure necessary resources by building strong relationships with senior leadership and key stakeholders.
  • Operational Handoff: Define clear operational handoff criteria and ensure necessary documentation, training, and support structures are in place.
  • Performance Monitoring & Optimization: Establish metrics and KPIs to measure operational readiness effectiveness, driving continuous improvement.

Requirements:

  • MBA from a premier institution.
  • 12+ years of progressive experience in operations, program management, or similar roles, with 5+ years in a leadership capacity.
  • Demonstrated experience in large-scale program management, change management, and process improvement methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of Marketing & Sales processes, systems, and technologies.
  • Exceptional leadership, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
