Job Description
AQM Technologies Private Limited seeks a seasoned Software Quality Assurance Lead to oversee the planning, execution, and management of testing activities for life insurance systems and applications. This individual will lead a team of testers in developing comprehensive test plans and strategies based on business requirements and functional specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze business requirements, user stories, and functional specifications to identify test scenarios and ensure comprehensive test coverage.
  • Design and develop detailed test cases, test scripts, and test data sets tailored to life insurance business processes and workflows.
  • Execute test cases manually and/or using automated testing tools to validate the functionality, performance, and reliability of life insurance applications.

Requirements:
Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Experience: 7+ years of proven software testing and quality assurance experience.
Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills. Knowledge of testing methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Certifications: Relevant certifications such as ISTQB are a plus.
