We're seeking a co-founder who can spearhead our technical vision, driving innovation from first principles. As a key member of our team, you'll be responsible for shaping the platform's architecture, ensuring seamless scalability, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in data engineering, machine learning, and software development. They should be comfortable navigating complex systems, identifying opportunities for improvement, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes.

In this role, you'll have the autonomy to design and implement cutting-edge solutions, working closely with our leadership to set strategic directions and priorities. Your contributions will directly impact our success in building a robust, reliable, and secure platform that meets the evolving needs of our users.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and develop scalable, high-performance systems
  • Leverage machine learning and AI to enhance user experiences and drive business growth
  • Collaborate with data scientists to design and implement data pipelines and analytics frameworks
  • Work closely with product managers to identify and prioritize feature enhancements
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers to foster a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous learning

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • 5+ years of experience in data engineering, machine learning, or software development
  • Strong background in Python, Java, or C++ programming languages
  • Familiarity with cloud-based architectures and containerization
  • Experience with agile development methodologies and version control systems
