Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Architect to design and deploy scalable and secure IT infrastructure platforms. As a key member of our technical team, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, implementation, and maintenance of our IT infrastructure.

Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Design and implement infrastructure projects aligned with industry best practices.
  • Monitor and maintain systems to ensure uptime and optimal performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical problems affecting hotel operations.
  • Analyze system trends and implement proactive enhancements based on industry standards.
  • Maintain secure systems through regular audits, vulnerability remediation, and coordination with third-party security providers.
  • Manage vendor relationships to ensure timely patch management and cost-effective service delivery.
  • Document infrastructure configurations, system designs, and changes.
  • Plan for capacity and track system performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure system compatibility and policy alignment.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years' experience in IT infrastructure management, preferably within the hospitality sector.
  • Advanced knowledge and hands-on experience with Windows Server administration, Group Policy configuration, multi-factor authentication, VMWare administration, automated patch management systems, server vulnerability remediation, switch/router configuration, PowerShell scripting, cloud platforms (AWS, MS Azure), RMM, patch management platforms, and hospitality-specific systems.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, operating systems, and database management systems is an asset.
