Senior Salesforce Specialist Role

This key position is responsible for driving technical excellence in the Sales & Service Cloud product. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions, ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Enable Smooth Collaboration:
  • Act as a liaison between Product Managers and developers, fostering open dialogue around product requirements and technical constraints.
  • Partner with CRM Product Anchors and Product Managers to drive continuous improvement initiatives in the Salesforce Core Sales & Service Cloud product.
  • Lead Technical Expertise:
  • Mentor junior developers, providing hands-on support and guidance throughout project delivery.
  • Deliver Engineering Excellence:
  • Apply best practices and quality standards to deliver engineering excellence, aligned with the product vision and customer needs.
  • Technical Solutions:
  • Work with the product team to define when customization is necessary or when out-of-the-box solutions are sufficient.
  • Coordinate Cross-Functional Efforts:
  • Collaborate with other CRM product teams to deliver integrated solutions and drive cross-functional collaboration.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Deep understanding of Salesforce Sales & Service Cloud capabilities and CRM functionalities.
  • Strong leadership and mentoring experience with the ability to guide junior developers.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with Product Managers and cross-functional teams.
  • Experience in delivering quality solutions iteratively, adhering to best practices and agile methodologies.
  • End-to-end testing, solution deployment, and user support expertise.
