Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled DevOps Engineer to join our team. As a DevOps Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and implementing new solutions to streamline manual operations, triaging security and production issues, and expanding the capacity and performance of current operational systems.

  • This role requires a self-motivated, hands-on, dynamic and detail oriented individual with a strong technical background.
  • The ideal candidate will have 4+ years proven experience in DevOps/SRE, systems engineering, build/release/deployment automation, etc.
  • A good understanding of distributed systems, APIs, and cloud computing is also required.
  • Experience with hosted services in a high-volume enterprise environment, implementing applications in private/public cloud infrastructure and container technologies like Kubernetes and Docker is necessary.
  • The ability to program in high-level programming languages or scripting, such as Java, Python, Shell, Golang, etc., is essential.
  • Operational experience with AWS, GCP or similar platforms through migrations, scaling operations, etc., is required.

The successful candidate will have in-depth knowledge on AWS services including VPC, IAM, EC2, EKS, CloudWatch, S3, RDS, Route53. Experience in similar services for GCP is preferred. Working experience with Spinnaker is a plus. AWS Cloud Architect and/or Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA) certifications are highly desired.
