Job Title: Donor Processing Specialist
The Donor Processing Specialist plays a pivotal role in ensuring seamless donor experience and data integrity. This multifaceted position combines donor processing, quality control, communication, and office tasks to deliver exceptional service to Lion members/donors.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Process donation information via accurate data entry, ensuring proper indexing and linking with donation payment data.
  • Conduct thorough quality assurance on all India donation data entry, guaranteeing data integrity and accuracy.
  • Resolve donor processing issues efficiently by clarifying concerns, determining causes, and selecting the best solution to resolve the issue.
  • Communicate effectively with Lion members, leaders, and headquarters staff/departments, and vendors to resolve concerns within set turn-around times.
  • Ensure timely and accurate submission of monitoring reports (MIS).

Requirements:
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as business administration or social services.
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of related experience in office management, account receivables administration, grants, or similar fields.
  • Ability to learn new processes and adapt rapidly to changing priorities.
  • Proficiency in operating multiple databases with comprehension and accuracy.
  • Strong MS Excel skills and attention to detail.
