Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP Data Archiving Specialist to join our team at PepsiCo. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for leading the implementation of SAP Data Archiving solutions across our SAP platform.

Responsibilities
  • Lead the implementation of SAP Data Archiving solutions, ensuring compliance with PepsiCo's defined methodology.
  • Partner with IT teams to design, plan, and estimate costs for SAP Data Archiving projects.
  • Manage all aspects of archiving project implementation, from requirements gathering to post-go-live activities.
  • Create and update project solution documents, including FSDs, diagrams, and test plans.
  • Work with ABAP resources to align technical specifications with functional requirements.
  • Lead and coordinate the configuration and implementation of archiving objects within project scope.
  • Ensure required systems validation standards are met, and perform closing activities, including formal review and sign-offs with business stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with global teams for standards and direction on technical decisions.
  • Act as quality assurance lead and/or perform reviews on technical designs and builds to ensure all standards are met.
  • Ensure adherence to release and change management processes, controlling compliance while performing technical activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with technology and industry trends by participating in training, self-study, conferences, webcasts, user group participation, reading, or other relevant means.
  • Adhere to annual performance processes, including setting objectives and measurement and performance evaluation.
  • Provide outstanding customer service to direct and indirect customers.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Computer Science.
  • Minimum 6-8 years of hands-on SAP Data Archiving and DaRT Implementation experience.
  • 5+ years of experience working with teams across multiple geographies.
  • Mandatory technical skills include experience in full implementation life cycle of SAP Data archiving, S/4 HANA archiving, and managing Content Servers or any other Imaging solution.
  • Mandatory non-technical skills include ability to independently plan and manage deliverables, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, ability to collaborate with teams across multiple geographies, and demonstrated ability to effectively communicate with all levels of the organization.
