This exciting role will involve high levels of interaction with cross-functional teams, including Analytics, Business Operations, and IT, to ensure seamless execution of projects and drive business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Optimization and Process Improvement: Identify opportunities for improvement and design solutions to drive scalability and automation.
  • Project Management: Manage and communicate project progress end-to-end, providing regular updates to stakeholders.
  • Data Analysis: Design, build, and analyze reporting and data visualizations to monitor data accuracy and integrity.
  • Data Governance: Enforce data standards, policies, and processes to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
  • Complex Issue Resolution: Manage complex, urgent, high-visibility issues and escalations, working closely with cross-functional teams to resolve them efficiently.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 4+ years of experience in a related field.
  • A strong understanding of data analysis, process improvement, and project management principles.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Proficiency in Salesforce (SFDC) and Google Suite or similar platforms.
  • A passion for data-driven decision-making and a commitment to delivering high-quality results.
