Job Title: Logistics and Supply Chain Manager

We are seeking an experienced Logistics and Supply Chain Manager to lead our end-to-end configuration cycles, ensuring smooth system deployment and performance optimization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and implement logistics modules based on business requirements.
  • Lead and manage teams to ensure seamless integration of systems and processes.
  • Design and deliver solutions that meet the needs of internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define strategies and drive results.
  • Provide technical expertise and guidance to ensure efficient operations and minimize downtime.
  • Troubleshoot issues and develop plans to prevent recurrence.
  • Support testing cycles by creating test cases and validating results.
  • Prepare documentation and training materials to support team members and stakeholders.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.

Must-Have Skills:

  • Strong hands-on experience in logistics configuration and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in managing large-scale deployments.
  • In-depth understanding of UK and Ireland market trends and regulatory requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in logistics and supply chain management.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
