Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning Backend Developer

This role is for a talented software engineer who can create efficient backend solutions using Python. The ideal candidate will be skilled in AI and ML applications.

Responsibilities include designing and developing high-performance RESTful APIs, building responsive frontend user interfaces with React, and utilizing the Azure cloud platform.

Additional responsibilities include architecting Generative AI solutions, working with Large Language Models, and developing Agentic AI workflows.

Collaboration with cross-functional teams and staying up-to-date with industry trends are also key aspects of this role.

  • Strong Proficiency: Strong proficiency in Python programming and experience in developing AI/ML applications.
  • Backend Development: Design and develop high-performance RESTful APIs using FastAPI or equivalent frameworks to serve AI-powered features.
  • Frontend Development: Build responsive and intuitive frontend user interfaces using React to visualize and interact with complex AI models and data.
  • Cloud Services: Utilize the Azure cloud platform for application development and deployment, demonstrating a willingness to explore and master new cloud and AI/ML specific cloud services.
  • Generative AI: Architect and implement Generative AI solutions, including Retrieval Augmented Generation (RAG) systems, to enhance model capabilities and provide context-aware responses.
  • Large Language Models: Work with and integrate various Large Language Models (LLMs), exploring fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and optimal model selection.
  • Agentic AI: Develop and orchestrate Agentic AI workflows using frameworks like LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar tools to enable autonomous and multi-step reasoning.
  • Team Collaboration: Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including AI Researchers and Data Scientists, to translate cutting-edge research into impactful, deployable solutions.
  • Continuous Improvement: Proactively stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends in the rapidly evolving AI/ML landscape, bringing new ideas and approaches to the team.
